Mary Anne Reyes is a native of Hancock Park and a UCLA alumna with a degree in Political Science/International Relations. She also attended the Sorbonne in Paris. While still an undergraduate, she created, owned, and managed Mandalay Restaurant and The Pearl Cocktail Lounge in Hollywood, California, for 12 years.

She has been involved in her family’s real estate investments for over two decades and currently owns and manages income properties in Los Angeles with her family.

Her real estate specialties include residential sales, apartment sales, business sales, and IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial property renovations, as well as in new developments such as ADU construction, zoning research, planning, working with architects and designers, applying for and obtaining permits, hiring and supervising contractors and vendors, monitoring construction budgets, and marketing (sales and leasing).
